In lab testing, it typically reduced knee skin temperature to about 17 °C after a 30-minute session. Only around 13% of subjects reached the therapeutic 10–15 °C range. Therefore, you should not count on it reliably cooling you to 10 °C, especially if targeting specific therapeutic benefits.
