The Dorsal Night Splint (DNS), as included in the Aircast AirheelDNS Care Kit, is used during the night to stretch the plantar fascia and maintain correct foot positioning. This helps reduce morning pain associated with plantar fasciitis, promotes healing while you sleep, and prevents overnight tightening of the foot. The Care Kit provides comprehensive support for effective relief.
