The Evolution Trillium B11PUIR uses 8-inch polyurethane (PU) wheels, making it suitable for paved sidewalks and smoother routes around Rome or Barcelona. Expect a bumpier, less comfortable ride on cobblestones, gaps, and broken paving; the wheels won’t turn the rollator into an all-terrain model. For long sightseeing days, comfort and control will depend on the user’s balance, strength, and tolerance for uneven surfaces. Check that this replacement wheel is compatible with your specific Trillium rollator before purchasing.
